Volunteers have made the Winnipeg Santa Claus Parade a magical success for over 110 years. Thanks to all those who share their energy, talents, and time to make the parade experience better for all.
As a 'No Feet On The Street' Safety Elf you will help keep the parade a safe and magical place for thousands of families by being a visible presence along the route and helping remind people about a few simple rules.
Must be 18 years and older.
As a 'No Feet On The Street' Block Captain you will support the block volunteers as they help keep the parade a safe and magical place by being a visible presence along the route and helping remind people about a few simple rules.

Costume Walker volunteers must be enthusiastic parade characters who will walk fully costumed as a Christmas or cartoon character (including a headpiece) for the entire parade route. The costume is an inflatable Christmas-themed character. Costumes in previous years have been snowflakes, snowmen, gingerbread men, etc.
You will walk in groups of two or three characters and expect your actions to be energetic and dramatic.
Must be 14 years or older.
This position requires the volunteer to walk the full parade route.
